MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY/ FRIDAY
July 27th - August 21st
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST:
• Bring water to every session
• Bring a towel
• Wear sneakers at all times (no exceptions)
• Wear breathable, athletic clothing
• Apply sunscreen prior to class if needed (outdoor training will occur)
Failure to meet these requirements may result in being unable to participate in the session.
